Simple yogurt dressing flavored with garlic and dill is made by shaking it up in a jar. Enjoy this dressing with Warm Lamb Salad.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
Preparation:
Combine oil, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and dill in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake until thoroughly blended. Store dressing in refrigerator.Yield: 6 servings
Serve with Warm Lamb Salad.
